Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

By using this website or engaging the services of Mustard Seeds, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, our services, products, or agreements shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider.

Arbitration will take place in the state in which Mustard Seeds is registered, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Waiver of Court & Jury Trial

You agree to waive the right to bring any claim in a court of law and waive the right to a jury trial. Arbitration will be the sole and exclusive method for resolving disputes.

Individual Claims Only

All claims must be brought on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in or pursue any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Mustard Seeds.

Costs & Fees

Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise required by law or determined by the arbitrator.

Exceptions

This arbitration clause does not prevent Mustard Seeds from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Severability

If any portion of this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
